1 (15 count) box phyllo shells
1 (4 oz) pkg brie, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup leftover cranberry sauce
salt, for sprinkling
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Set the phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Add a piece of brie to the bottom of each cup. Top each with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over each cup. Place in the oven, and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and top with a scattering of chopped pistachios. Serve immediately. 
  2. Note: These can be assembled in advance, and then baked just before serving.
